Delete your Pazo account
You can delete your Pazo Run account and its data at any time.
In the app
Open Pazo → Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. Your account is deleted at once.
Without the app
Email support@alanthic.co from the address of your Pazo account, with "Delete my account" in the subject. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Everything Pazo stores about you: your profile and settings, your plans and workouts, your runs and their heart-rate and speed samples, your health answers, your watch pairing and any partner link. Nothing is kept.
Your runs stay in Garmin Connect, Health Connect and Apple Health, which are not ours. Workouts already on your watch disappear the next time you open Pazo on the watch.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
