These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 10Life mobile application ("the App"), published by Alanthic LLC ("Alanthic", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The service
10Life is a personal finance and productivity tool that lets you track expenses, budgets and goals, organize tasks and habits, and capture entries by voice. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use 10Life only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Your account
10Life creates an anonymous account for you automatically. You may secure it by linking an email or a Google/Apple sign‑in. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign‑in credentials safe.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to reverse‑engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful, or that you do not have the right to use.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without our permission.
Subscriptions and billing
10Life offers an optional paid subscription ("10Life Pro"). Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed via RevenueCat. A free trial may be offered; unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and you can manage or cancel them anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices may vary by region. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the store you purchased through. Securing or recovering your account is always free and is never gated behind a subscription.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data and content you put into the App. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you (including syncing it across your devices and interpreting your voice transcripts).
Not financial advice
10Life is a tracking and organization tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and nothing in the App should be relied on as such. Any financial decisions you make are your own responsibility. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
AI features
Voice capture and other AI‑assisted features may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Always review entries before saving or relying on them.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that data will always be accurate or available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alanthic LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or savings, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.
Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that could harm other users, us, or third parties.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice within the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
