Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Alanthic LLC ("we") for the Pazo Run app and its Garmin watch app ("Pazo"). They also serve as the end-user license agreement in the App Store and Google Play. By using Pazo you accept them.
Not medical advice
Pazo gives general training guidance, not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a doctor before starting a training plan, especially if you have a heart condition, an injury, are pregnant or have any doubt about your health. Stop and get help if you feel pain, dizziness or chest discomfort. Heart-rate guides are estimates. You run at your own risk.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings → Account.
Subscription
- Pazo Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. The price and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. When you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
- Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Deleting your Pazo account does not cancel your subscription.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pazo on devices you own or control, for your own training. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse Pazo, or use it to harm others. The App Store standard license terms also apply to the extent these terms do not cover something; Apple is not responsible for Pazo or its support.
Your content
Your data stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide Pazo, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Third parties
Pazo works with Garmin, Health Connect, Apple Health, Apple and Google, which have their own terms. We are not responsible for their services.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Pazo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. To the extent allowed by law, Alanthic LLC is not liable for injuries, indirect or consequential damages, or for more than the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using Pazo at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
