Pazo reads Health Connect and Apple Health; it never writes to them. When you record a run with your phone, Pazo uses your location only while you record, to measure distance and pace and to save the route to your account so you can see it on a map. Only you can see your routes; they are never shared, sold or used for advertising. You can remove the map of any run, and routes are deleted with the run or your account. Pazo does not collect your contacts or anything from other apps. There is no advertising in Pazo and no ad tracking.

Heart rate, your runs and your health answers are health data. We use them only to run the app for you. We never sell them and never use them for advertising. Washington residents: see our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

Who processes it

Data travels encrypted (HTTPS). Access to your data is limited to your own account.

Your partner

If you link your account with another Pazo user (Settings → Partner), and only after you both agree, each of you sees the other's first name, plan goal and race date, and the current week: planned workouts, whether each was done or skipped, and each run's date, time, duration and distance. Your partner never sees your heart rate, heart-rate samples or health answers. You can end the link at any time, and sharing stops at once.

Reminders

Workout reminders are scheduled on your phone. Nothing about them is sent to us.

Your choices

How long we keep it

Until you delete your account. Then everything above is deleted at once. Records Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep about your purchases follow their own retention rules.

Deleting your account

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Or see how to delete your account without the app. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.

If you live in Latin America

Heart rate, your runs and your health answers are sensitive personal data under the data-protection laws of the countries where Pazo is offered, including Colombia (Law 1581 of 2012), Mexico (Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties), Argentina (Law 25,326), Chile (Law 19,628 and Law 21,719) and Peru (Law 29,733). Pazo processes them only with your express consent: you give it when you allow Pazo to read Health Connect or Apple Health and when you answer the health questions, and you can withdraw it at any time. Giving health data is optional; without it Pazo still builds a plan, with less detail.

Your data is stored in the United States (Supabase). By using Pazo you agree to that transfer.

You can access, correct, update or delete your data, object to its processing and withdraw your consent by writing to support@alanthic.co from the address of your Pazo account. We answer within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact your country's data-protection authority (in Colombia, the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio; in Argentina, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública).

Children

Pazo is for adults: it is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will update this page and its date when the policy changes, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
